Prosciutto di Parma PDO, Egg and Avocado Toast

Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
1 avocado, pitted and mashed
4 slices Prosciutto di Parma PDO
2 eggs, cooked as desired
½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1⁄8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Toast bread slices.
Top with mashed avocado, Prosciutto di Parma and egg prepared of your choice (over-easy, poached, etc).
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
Serves two.
